First National Tabby Cat Day

Today is the First National Tabby Cat Day.

As you know, both Ralphie and I are Tabby Cats. I am known as a Classic Tabby, and Ralphie is know as a Mackarel Tabby.

I am lucky enough to be celebrated in a quilt even, made by the Dachsies with Moxie‘s Mom!

Stop by the Tabby Cat Club, we are celebrating today!

  1. Happy National Tabby Cat Day! What a great day this is – the first of many yearly reminders to the rest of the world that Tabbies ROCK (we already knew this didn’t we?!?!?!). Thanks for pawticipating at the TCC too.

    Love and Hugs, Sammy

  5. My Tucker has a little tabby in him – you can make out the vestigial stripes when the light shines on him – but my Tungsten was a rare female orange tabby. I love the ripples a tabby’s stripes give him, making his fur look as soft as it feels. Happy Tabby Day to the two of you!

  6. We only have black and white kitties right now, but we have had tabbies in the past. Tommy and Daisy were both rescued tabbies. They passed in 2008 and 2009 and we still miss them very much.
